What to Expect
At Facial Surgery Group, your initial appointment will consist of either a consultation or a consultation with surgery. During either appointment, our oral and maxillofacial surgeons spend time to explain your diagnosis and all your treatment options. Surgery can generally be performed on the same day as the consultation; however, a complex medical history or an extensive treatment plan will require an evaluation prior to treatment.
Filling out forms prior to your appointment will help us to prepare for your visit in advance of your arrival.

If you are a new patient or have not been seen in the last 12 months, please complete the attached forms prior to your arrival. Submitting the completed forms online will help us to prepare for your visit in advance.
